The warm chatter of conversations fills the hall among tables decked out in all manner of winter vegetables and handmade wares from local farmers and artisans.
An enticing array of goods can be found this year at the market, raw chocolate truffles, peach jam, fresh apple cider, handmade journals, …. shall I go on? About 20 vendors cozy up in the main grange hall. Weave through the tables to find creamed honey, lampwork beaded jewelry, botanical lotion bars, a magical spinal stress relief session, and a bottle of raspberry wine.
Spend a few dollars to support the Women’s Club or the grange and buy a raffle ticket or two. You might win a handmade quilt or a leg of lamb from Lance’s Farm Vittles. If you don’t win the leg of lamb, you can pick up beef, pork, or lamb directly from Lance’s Farm Vittles
Local vendors will have tables full of crisp carrots and fresh greens, grown sweeter with the autumn chill.
Wide variety of cookies and hot drinks at Annie’s Coffee Corner will tide you over until savory smells from downstairs will convince you it is lunchtime. Homemade reuben sandwiches with grange made sauerkraut, veggie chili, and sides of fresh cornbread and pie will be served.
Manzanita Farmers Market SNAP tokens, Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB), and Rinehart Clinic vouchers can be used at eligible food and farm vendors.
