Meadow: As a dedicated full time real estate professional,  I am consistently one of if not the top North Coast broker every year.  Being fourth generation from Cannon Beach, living in Manzanita, I know the coastal communities intimately and have owned property and built homes in a few of them over the years.  I’ve had the opportunity through my interactions to make good friends from all over the world that feel the same way I do about the Oregon Coast.  Many of whom I remain friends with to this day.  I always enjoy the opportunities our interactions provide and love helping people realize their dreams by the sea.

The culture, the outdoor adventure, and the people here are multifaceted and dynamic! I love the Oregon coast; especially my little area along the Northern Coastline, and I love my job as a Realtor.  These two passions along with my knowledge of the local real estate market, my skills in connecting people with the right home, and my education (Masters in Counseling) combine to provide the best possible experience for both buyers and sellers.

He grew up in Ohio going to University of Toledo in order to get his BBA in accounting, and then to Western Michigan University for his MBA, but is happy to finally landed here, on the north Oregon coast.

Dave worked in academic publishing and library information management industries for years making information available to wide audiences for decision making. During this time, he traveled the country extensively and lived in multiple cities, eventually stumbling across Oregon. He fell in love. Thirteen years ago he left San Francisco for the Pacific Northwest drawn by the beauty, clean beaches, outdoor adventures, and the relaxed spirit.

The most important lesson Dave learned while traveling and relocating is that there is no place like a real home. Home is where we connect with friends, family, and community. Home is a sanctuary, allowing us to rejuvenate, grow, thrive, and celebrate life. And he’s found all that right here, in his remodeled 1960 beach cottage, two blocks from the ocean in a peaceful Manzanita neighborhood. I’m Susan Tone, your RE/MAX professional serving Manzanita, Neahkahnie, Nehalem, and Wheeler since 2000. I like what I do and I love where I live. ABOUT TOSHA

Tosha specializes in the coastal communities of Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Nehalem, Wheeler, Arch Cape, Rockaway Beach and the surrounding areas in Tillamook County. In 2014, she jointly opened the Living Room Realty office in Manzanita, Oregon, with the desire to bring strong company values and culture to her clients at the coast. She understands the importance of client relationships and services.

With a design background, she has always been drawn to strong marketing aesthetic and appreciates the value of it. Skills that she possesses, but not limited to—ability to multi-task, great listening skills, drive, detailed-oriented, organized, knowledge of diverse design and aesthetics—are priceless when working as a realtor.

For years she worked as an Interior Designer, most recently at Group Mackenzie — she traveled and lived internationally, where she was able to grow creatively. Using her experience as an Interior Designer has prepared her for the various facets of the real estate profession.Embracing modern methods and coupled with a business model grown organically from referrals and past clients allows Tosha to focus her time with clients to help them reach their goals.

Raised on the North Oregon Coast. Neah-Kah-Nie High School grad
Tosha lives on the Nehalem River. She loves hiking, beach & river days, scuba diving, biking…truly, anything outdoors!
Tosha’s first internship was at SmithCFI, as a commercial furniture designer.
After college, she packed her bags and lived/worked in Bilbao, Spain for a few months.
